COACHES CLINIC AT D-1 A BIG SUCCESS
 

The Fourth Annual Big League Coaches Clinic, held Jan. 19 at D-1 Sports Training in Cool Springs, was a big hit.

Instructors included major league pitchers R.A. Dickey (Seattle Mariners), David Price (Tampa Bay Rays) and Tim Dillard (Milwaukee Brewers), infielders Ben Zobrist (Tampa Bay Rays) and Drew Sutton (Houston Astros), and former major league outfielder Jason Maxwell (Minnesota Twins). Steve Liddle, current bench coach for the Twins, and major league umpire Chuck Meriwether also participated.

Thanks to D-1 for hosting the event, to sponsors AFPC Baseball and Tennessee Commerce Bank, and to all the parents and coaches who attended!
